We take pride in the quality of our products and want every Radiance Lab Beauty customer to have a great experience. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to help.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@radiancelabbeauty.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with next steps.

Refunds

If you'd like to return your item, we'll facilitate that for you. Please note that returns are subject to a $4.99 handling fee per order, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Once we receive your item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel orders before they are dispatched. Once an order has shipped we are unable to cancel it.
